Packed one in my kid's lunch every day this week and they're already asking for more—the blueberry filling is genuinely fruity, not that fake jelly stuff, and the bar stays soft without crumbling everywhere.

The texture is just right—soft and tender, not dry like other gluten-free bars I've tried. I love that it's made with real fruit filling, and the fact that it's both nut-free and dairy-free makes it easy to toss in my kid's lunchbox without worrying.

The blueberry filling actually tastes like real fruit, not syrup, and the soft-baked texture holds up well in a lunchbox without crumbling everywhere. I grabbed one for an afternoon snack and it hit the spot without any chalky aftertaste that some gluten-free bars have.
