Bringebær Sitron

I grabbed one on my way out the door and the tangy lemon with the sweet raspberries is such a nice wake-up for the tastebuds. The soft-baked texture keeps it from feeling like a dry cardboard bar, which is my usual complaint.

The oat crumbles on top are what sold me—they give it that soft-baked texture without being too dense, and the lemon tang cuts the sweetness just right. It's become my go-to for mornings when I want something quick but still feels like a real breakfast.

I grabbed one as a quick breakfast between meetings and it held up nicely with coffee. The tang from the lemon cuts right through the sweetness, and the soft-baked texture is way more satisfying than a hard granola bar.
